Summary: This position is responsible for coordinating the Shamrock export process between the destination customer, operations, QA, the franchisor, vendors, and any applicable governmental agency.
• Receiving orders from export customers to determine the export needs
• Coordinating with purchasing the vendor needs and timelines
• Ensuring that all required paperwork for the destination countries is completed and transmitted
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs
• Three or more years of experience exporting products
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Working knowledge of export requirements (US and destination countries)
