Summary & Responsibilities

Summary:

Culinary Intern to work with the Corporate Chef and will be involved in every aspect of Business Solutions in assisting with customer reviews and other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Corporate Chef with customer reviews
• Develop receipts and processes for our customer
• Conduct tastings and cuttings of various food products
• Assist with the filming of product and training videos
• Assist with managing the test kitchen, including cleaning and organizing

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen (required); student currently enrolled in a culinary degree program accepted
• General knife and kitchen skills are required as well as familiarity with a commercial kitchen and its operation
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
