Contract Pricing Analyst - Phoenix, AZ

Summary: The Contract Pricing Analyst is responsible for managing contract pricing and other contractual requirements for major customers in compliance with department policies and procedures.


  • Manage pricing, order guide, custom invoice requirements, analysis and audits for assigned customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Analyze, interpret and implement customer/vendor pricing contracts timely and accurately; measured by number of pricing credits and undercharges
  • Calculate customer incentive rebates in accordance with the customer agreement.
  • Coordinate any customer reporting requirements with Financial Analyst within customer deadlines.
  • Research and correct any negative gross profit items assigned by Financial Analyst; measured by customer gross profit
  • Participate in customer pricing audits within customer deadlines
  • Follow up on the Expiring Products Report to ensure continuity of contract pricing; measured by retro bill-backs
  • Pricing Analyst will be measured by the number of pricing credits, undercharges and audit paybacks.
  • Participate in projects assigned by Contract Administration Supervisor.
  • Other duties may be assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree with one year of accounting, financial or banking experience; or three+ years of related experience with emphasis in pricing, verification and processing of price deviations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload, multi task and problem solve.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department and is subject to various shifts, weekends, and holidays
