Summary: The Contract Administration Supervisor is responsible for the administration of contract pricing and other contract requirements for major customers. As such, this position is responsible for training and supervision of the contract administration staff.


* Supervise the administration of all customer pricing, order guide and custom invoice requirements for contract customers timely and accurately; Measured by number of pricing credits, undercharges and retro billbacks
* Maintain billback programs to invoice vendors accurately and timely
* Administer customer reporting and incentive rebates measured by accuracy and timeliness
* Ensure customer pricing audits are performed within customer deadlines
* Manage the margin process through monitoring key reports (ie Negative gross profit, Duplicate billbacks, Customer Profitability) and matching accounting transactions in the same accounting period
* Work closely with Division Purchasing on contract pricing requirements i.e., PO cost, freight and brackets
* Report to Divisional Sales on status of customer accounts and open issues
* Recommend changes, additions and deletions to our current systems and processes to improve department efficiency and quality of service
* Meet budgeted departmental expenses
* Other duties may be assigned

* 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree and specific contract administration experience
* Able to document processes, analyze customer-specific inventory reports, identify SBPI improvement opportunities and follow standard operating procedures
* Strong people skills
* Strong Verbal / written communication skills
* Strong cross-functional knowledge of Shamrock Foods business
* Technical skills:
o Excel
o Email
o Word
* Must be flexible in work schedule which includes overnights, weekends, holidays, and travel when needed
