Beverage Service Supervisor - Commerce City, CO

Summary: In this role, you will supervise, coordinate, direct, and evaluate beverage service technicians in accordance to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Create production schedule and estimate working time per job assignment
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Beverage Team
    Interact with and mutually support sales associates in their sales efforts
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to internal/external customers in regards to service issues
  • Servicing beverage equipment, coffee, juice, tea & cocoa and B.I.B. systems
  • Install service beverage equipment in the designated market
    To be able to properly installation and to be able to diagnose machine problems or failures for servicing
  • Conduct beverage presentations, equipment installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency service calls
  • Coordinate the refurbishing of equipment that is in the shop and preparing it to be put on loan to customers
  • Monitor parts and equipment and maintain shop inventory
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 7 years experience repairing/installation of coffee, tea, and juice equipment
  • 5 years in a shop supervisory/leadership role
  • Must read blue prints, schematics, and know internal workings of numerous types of machinery
  • Must have a valid and current Driver's License and must maintain a safe, clean driving record
  • Mathematic Skills: must be able to calculate amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evenings, weekends/ on-call, and holidays
